This page informs you of our refund policy regarding the payment of consultations, flat fees, past due balances and deposits into your trust account.

Once your consultation is paid and scheduled, the consultation fee is earned and is non-refundable. Your consultation is for up to one hour.  You may reschedule the consultation, at no further cost, one time within 24 hours’ notice. 

  Retainers and administrative fees are non-refundable. Payments deposited to the firm operating account for (1) services rendered or to be rendered and is a (2) flat fee  are non-refundable.  Payments received for past due balances are non-refundable.  The only exception is if there is an obvious accounting error in the previous month’s bill and we are notified in accordance with the terms stated in your contract.  If we choose not to render services to you, it is solely within our discretion to refund any amount.

Payments made to your trust account are fully refundable unless your contract for legal services provides otherwise.     If there is a conflict between this policy and your contract for legal services, the terms in your contract for legal services shall apply.
